Most of the groceries have a slew of flavored yogurt choices, from all-time favorite strawberry and blueberry, melon, to pandan.

Known to many, yogurt has countless of good bacteria called "lactobacillus" that keeps our stomach in good shape. Yogurt gives good bacteria that are already in our gut a reinforcement when bad bacteria are on the rise.

The website added that the other uses of yogurt are for treating bacterial infection that can cause stomach ulcers; and decrease cholesterol levels. Yogurt is also known alternative to milk for those who suffer from lactose intolerance.
