The Bacolod City MassKara Festival street dance champion for 2013 will perform along with some Filipinos working in Japan.

Segundo Jesus "Panoy" Cabalcar, the MassKara festival street dance choreographer, said they brought their costumes and headdresses directly from Bacolod.
