JESSY Mendiola clarified she is not pregnant.
In an exclusive "TV Patrol" interview on Monday, the television actress said she does not know where the reports are coming from.
"Hindi ko rin alam bakit may lumalabas na ganung balita, baka kasi nagkakaroon na ako ng laman na very light," she said.
If Mendiola flatly rejected rumors that she's pregnant, she was tight-lipped on the status of her relationship with boyfriend JM de Guzman.
She said there's a right time to speak on the matter.
Meanwhile, the Kapamilya star is thankful to her mother, Didith Garvida for coming to her defense after the controversial in-flight incident with Enrique Gil.
The actress said she never expected Garvida to do the interview.
"Hindi ko alam na magpapa-interview siya. I would like to thank my mom for doing that kasi kahit siya naba-bashed siya ngayon, kahit na sa extent na ma-comment-an siya ng masama or masabihan na ganito, ganyan or nagpapapansin," Mendiola said.
She also thanked her family for standing by her.
"Sinalo nila ako nung times na sobrang bigat at sobrang nalaglag talaga ako," she said.
Right now, the actress said she is "fine, better... coping."
"When you're really trying to move on, when you're really trying to cope with things, work is the best way to deal with it. Iba talaga si Lord no. They say you can't have it all but he balances it," she said. (Sunnex)
