ITPI tops off Primavera Residences Tower 2

NOW on its 70 percent completion, Primavera Residences developer Italpinas Euroasian Design and Eco–development Corporation (ITPI) held the topping off ceremony of Tower 2 on September 26, 2014 led by its top executives Arch. Romolo V. Nati, chairman and CEO, Atty. Jose D. Leviste III, president and Dr. Jose P. Leviste, chairman with Hon. Mayor Oscar Moreno as guest of honor.

“When we planned to build a project, Cagayan de Oro has showed potential as a fast growing city and we thought, this is where we want to be. We have realized our decision was right, now, more than ever,” Atty. Jose D. Leviste III, ITPI President, said in his speech, Friday morning.

Primavera residences, being the first eco – friendly building in Mindanao is designed with smart features reducing energy consumption.

The company has won numerous awards such as Best Mixed-Use Development Award for the Philippines in the Asia Pacific Property Awards this year, Best Condo Development in the Philippines in the 2011 Southeast Asia Property Award (SEAPA) and became one of the finalists for the Most Promising Clean Energy Investment Opportunities at the 2010 CTI-PFAN Asia forum for Clean Energy.

Established in 2009, ITPI wanted to create a green future for the Philippines. Primavera Residences in Cagayan de Oro was its first project, a 10-story twin building complex with passive cooling features that minimize heat’s dangerous impact on the environment.

Other projects of ITPI are the Coral City in Quezon City with a self-sustaining and weather proof architectural design, Miramonti in Santo Tomas, Batangas, an advanced green complex using renewable and self sustaining energy with passive cooling technology; and A Shelter of Light in Payatas, Quezon City, a concept using recyclable materials for an eco – friendly, self – sustaining, multi – purpose public hall.

As Primavera Residences’ Tower 2 nears completion, ITPI’s mission to provide unique, innovative and sustainable real estate products promoting green architecture with special regard to nature and protection of the environment has become more evident.

ITPI top executives are proud of such milestone, given that Tower 1 has acquired great success.

According to Jane Duterte of Primavera Residences, target completion of Primavera residences Tower 2 is seen at the end of the year.
