THE DMMA COllege of Southern Phillippines (DCSP), Rizal Memorial College (RMC) and Jose Maria College (JMC) toppled their respective rivals in men's basketball event of the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas (SBP)-sanctioned Davao City Collegiate League (DCCL) that resumed at the University of Mindanao (UM)-Matina gymnasium recently.
THE DCSP Mariners sank Agro-Industrial Foundation College of the Phlippines (AIFCP)-Davao Sailors, 82-74, behind team captain Ronald Bangoy who topscored with game-high 27 markers. AIFCP's Jeffrey Basmayor canned 27.
RMC Bulldogs, meanwhile, beat University of the Immaculate Conception (UIC), 76-67, while the JMC Kings crushed Ateneo de Davao University (AdDU) Blue Knights, 91-70. In the distaff side, Ateneo Lady Blue Knights bested John Paul College of Davao (JPCD) Saints, 96-48, while UM tamed the RMC Lady Bulldogs, 76-65.
Ateneo Blue Knights, on the other hand, topped San Pedro College (SPC) in men's volleyball, 25-15, 24-26, 25-12.
