AN 18-YEAR-OLD man was stabbed by a 17-year-old member of a rival gang in a disco party on Christmas dawn in Medalla Milagrosa in Buhangin, Davao City.
Brian Cordero Dino, 18, a resident of San Juan Lorenzo in Buhangin and a member of the Sanib ng Pwersa, was stabbed by a 17-year-old member of the Medalla Boys gang in Medalla Milagrosa.
In a report by Senior Police Officer 4 Cesar Aaron Robles Jr. and Police Officer 3 Ronnie Relator, another SRP member, a minor, witnessed how Dino was stabbed at around 4 a.m. of Christmas day while they were at a disco party.
The suspect together with two unidentified members approached the victim and stabbed him three times in the back. He was brought to the Southern Philippines Medical Center by his relatives.
Meanwhile, also at dawn at Suraya Homes in the village of Cabantian, Raymond Cataga, 21, single, a construction worker and a resident of Phase 2, Suraya Homes was stabbed by Dodong Golchan together with his son, Sammy Golchan.
The suspects are of legal ages, married and residents of Suraya.
Initial Investigation conducted by Police Officers 3 Ruben Corsino and Aldrin Baquial showed that the two attacked the victim with knives at around 2 a.m. while the victim was standing in front of his house. (KGL)
