The day before we celebrate All Souls' Day has been known as Halloween. And a number of gimmicks and exciting activities are being lined up to celebrate this supposed "frightening day." Of course, Davao City's shopping destinations would never let this day pass without doing anything fun for the kids, including their families.

Starting from the northern part of the city, SM Lanang Premier is expected to bring excitement among children 12 years and below through their annual trick-or-treat. This is mall-wide, therefore, the youngsters can surely collect lots of treats from different shops occupying the mall's two floors.

With just P1,500 single or accumulated purchase at any SM Lanang store or restaurant, a mallgoer is already entitled to register one participant for the trick-or-treat happening from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m.

At Abreeza Mall, participating kids are guaranteed of an "out-of-this-world experience" via their trick-or-treat to outer space. And no registration is required! All that is needed to do is to come in costume, and those wearing galactic-themed ensemble have the chance to enjoy special prizes. This is happening from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and open to children 12 years old and below.

On the said day, the whole family can have a one-of-a-kind entertainment by watching Joe Conrad the Illusionist at the Activity Area in two different schedules, 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Going south, the trick-or-treat at SM City Davao is another must-visit on Halloween, from 12 p.m. until 5 p.m. With every P1,000 purchase mall-wide, a member of the family (not more than 12 years old) can already join the fun.
