NEWLY-crowned monthly finals champion Danny Usman clinched the Datba weekly qualifying title as Leandro Lee Martin won the desperado qualifying round at the NCCC Mall B3 Center Lanes over the weekend.
Usman toppled 793 pinfalls after four games in the event organized by the Davao Tenpin Bowlers Association.
He bested Jess Rule and William Galacio who placed second and third, respectively.
Rule rolled 776 pins while Galacio scored 774.
Usman romped away with P700 while the next two placers claimed P400 and P300, respectively.
Martin hit a total of 1,196 pinfalls after six games to secure a slot in the Desperado Year End tournament.
