A HABAL-HABAL driver was shot and killed by two motorcycle-riding men on 5th St., Villa San Raphael, Barangay Labangon last Sunday evening.
The victim was identified as Ben Arabis, 56, who was shot in the different parts of his body.
His body was discovered by a police informant.
“We are looking at an angle on illegal drugs in this case. This is a drug-related case as the person of interest was a suspected drug personality,” SPO4 Alex Dacua, chief investigator of the Homicide Section of the Cebu City Police Station, said.
The victim was found lying on the ground. Prior to the discovery of the body, seven gunshots were heard in the neighborhood. (JOB)
