DEAR Dr. Fritz,
I hope this finds you in great life. I am Nympha. I come to you doc hoping to find help for some problems. This is not such a big issue. But, if they kept on recurring every now and then, then, an anthill seemed to become a mountain. I accept that I am not getting enough sleep because of my work and my studies.
For about two to three months, now, I have noticed that my eyes are becoming puffy every now and then. Sometimes, I am even getting some dark circles, that I dread if someone would ask me, which fight did I come from? I would love if I would have gotten into a boxing fight and won it and I would have money and fame in exchange for my dark circles around my eyes. But, huhu.. I even dread to see a boxing match on TV because I am so scared to see those men fighting and see them hurt.
Doc, I come to you because of these issues. I have heard of some expensive creams. But, I can’t afford them. I might cry and wail and probably, get more big circles around my eyes, instead. Are there any natural remedies that can help me?

Dear Nympha of Ma-a,
Your letter amuses me. You should have changed your career to boxing – so at least, your dark circles around your eyes have valid reasons.. hehe. But, there is only one sure thing about the puffiness around the eyes and the dark circles around it; they are signs of stress and exhaustion. And whatever and however you see it, that’s awfully bad! Of course, those tired puffy eyes don’t really look great and don’t really feel good, at all.
Yes, you are right. There are really expensive beauty treatments for your eyes which you can buy over the counter, but, not all of them really delivers what is asked from them. After all, there is really no miracle product for puffy eyes and dark circles around the eyes. You might just even be wasting your money. You might just want to use it treat us... hehe... just joking!
