Usep now accepts application

THE University of Southeastern Philippines (Usep) is inviting outgoing Grade 12 students to submit their application for the Usep Admission Test (Usepat) for School Year 2018-2019.

Examination Date Venue

- January 13, 20, 27 & February 3, 2018 at Usep Obrero Campus, Bo. Obrero, Davao City.

- January 13, 2018 at Usep Mintal Campus, Tugbok District, Davao City.

- January 20, 2018 at Usep Tagum/Mabini Campus, Apokon, Tagum City.

- January 27, 2018 at Usep Bislig Campus, Bislig City, Surigao del Sur.

To begin the registration process, applicants must register online at http://register.usep.edu.ph. Deadline of application is on November 30, 2017.

After registering, applicants must submit the following requirements: a) Form 137A (certified true copy) with GPA per year obtained during Grade 9 and 10 (Junior High School), and Grade 11 (Senior High School); b) Form 138A (certified true copy) with first (1st) grading GPA during Grade 12 (Senior High School); c) Two (2) pcs. recent Passport-size ID pictures with name tags; and d) ITR or Certificate of Low Income of parents.

Within one week after registering online, applicants may choose to submit the requirements personally to Usep OR through mail addressed to Ms. Joerene L. Jacot, Directress, University Guidance and Testing Office (UGTO), with the following address: University of Southeastern Philippines (Usep), Inigo St, Bo. Obrero, Davao City, 8000.

The List of Examination Qualifiers, along with the payment details for the testing fee, will be uploaded next month (December 2017) on the Usep Website (www.usep.edu.ph), Official Facebook Page (@Usepofficial), and Usep Campus bulletin boards.

Examination Qualifiers shall pay P215 testing fee at least one day before the examination schedule. (PR)
