Anopssai meet set Nov. 15-17

THE Association of Negros Occidental Private Schools and School Administrators Inc. (Anopssai) will stage its 2017 edition of qualifying meet on November 15 to 17 at the Murcia Municipal gym.

Last year, Anopssai missed the regular competition due to the restructuring of tournament format of now-abolished Negros Island Region Athletic Association.

Fifteen-member schools are expected to compete in 16 regular sports events, said Anopssai president Rev. Exequiel Guanzon.

Among the participating schools are St. Mary of the Lake Mission School Inc., Francisco Infante Memorial High School, Faith Christian School, Ilog Private Academy, Dancalan Private Academy, Christian Venture Academy, Fellowship Baptist School, Isio Private Academy, Prestige Comprehensive School, Eliakim Learning Center;

Calvary Baptist Academy of Pontevedra Inc., Living Heritage Christian Academy, Jack and Jill Castleson-Victorias City, Central Philippines Adventist College, and Murcia Open Bible Christian Academy Inc.

The three-day event will serve as qualifying competition for the upcoming 2017 Palarong Panlalawigan slated December 10 to 16 featuring the 10 Areas in Negros Occidental. (HGD)
