A MAN was injured when he resisted arrest by policemen in Cadiz City, Negros Occidental Thursday afternoon, November 9.
The name of the 59-year-old suspect was withheld by the police.
Personnel of Cadiz City Police Station led by Chief Inspector Rocky Desear served the arrest warrant for rape issued by Judge Renato Muñez of Regional Trial Court Branch 60 in Cadiz City against the suspect at Hacienda San Jose II, Barangay Luna around 4:45 p.m.
The suspect kicked a police officer while on board the police vehicle on the way to the police station.
He even jumped from the vehicle.
The suspect fell and sustained injuries. He was brought to an emergency clinic. (GYM)
