AN alleged ex-convict was shot dead in Sitio Manggahan, Barangay Punta Princesa, Cebu City yesterday morning. Christopher Sy, 46, was cleaning his motorcycle when a lone gunman on a motorcycle shot him four times in the back.
Initial investigation by the police showed that Sy was released recently after serving jail time in Leyte for a murder case.
The Homicide Section of the Cebu City Police Office is also looking into drugs and personal grudge as possible motives behind the crime.
The Punta Princesa Police Station is still pursuing the gunman. (JOB)
