THE Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards-Negros Occidental Real Estate Board Inc. (Pareb-Norebi) will hold the 1st Real Estate Expo at SM City Bacolod North Atrium on November 27 to December 3.
Ten real estate developers will showcase their respective projects in the week-long expo.
Belle Arte and Camella Homes are two major exhibitors. Others include Deca Homes, FurenLand, Futura Homes, Lumina Homes, Metro-J Realty, Philippine Diversified Developers Corp., RGG Homes, and SMDC.
Meanwhile, V3 Pestmaster will also participate in the expo since pest control and mitigation are considered vital in the construction business.
Representatives from Home Development Mutual Fund Corp. or Pag-Ibig Fund will also be present to assist clients interested to avail of housing loans and other programs.
Norebi president Eddie Pama said the expo will provide potential investors the opportunity to check the projects of various exhibitors conveniently clustered in one venue atSM City Bacolod.
Expo chairperson Elena Gatanela invited everyone especially those planning to investment in real estate or those who are scouting for their home investments to visit the expo. (PR)
