IS IT true that there's a conflict happening between the Philippines' bet to the Miss Universe quest and Miss Indonesia?
“There is no war between Indonesia and the Philippines.”
This is what Rachel Peters have to say with the news circulating between her and Miss Indonesia representative Bunga Jelitha. It has been said that Miss Philippines and Miss Indonesia plays dark horse in the forthcoming Miss Universe beauty pageant. Their supporters are the ones bashing each other on almost all social media. The two candidates are even roommates in Las Vegas Nevada.
“I think it’s great that they did put us as roommates because we, beauty queens, we are supposed to be role models, so hopefully, we can just show people that there is no war between Indonesia and the Philippines. And we’re close, we’re really, really good friends. We help each other, we share things.”
On the other hand, Miss Indonesia also said: “I know that so much people [think] that Indonesia and Philippines [are] like [in] something [like] war. But in here, me and Rachelle (are) roommates. Rachelle is so lovely, so helpful. I love Rachel. I want to prove me and Rachel here are best friends.”
There is a total of 92 candidates vying this year for the title of Miss Universe, which will happen tomorrow live at 8am Philippine time , at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, Nevada USA.

After six years, Carmina Villaroel is back with GMA network. Carmina has been very nostalgic in returning to the network she considers her home.
The kapuso actress will be seen in GMA's latest soap "Kambal Karibal."
“Nagkataon na after Super Ma’am, in-offer ‘to sa akin. Pero hindi naman daw siya “nanganay” nang magbalik-Kapuso. Hindi naman, siguro kasi ang maganda, may kasabihan nga na don’t burn bridges. Para anywhere, puwede ka, di ba? When I left GMA, wala naman akong bad blood, nothing. So siguro itong pagbalik ko, parang damang-dama ko naman ang pag-welcome nila sa akin. Lahat sila welcome back, welcome back. So parang happy sila na nakabalik ako. Wala namang problema.”
Carmina's last project with GMA was "Pahiram ng Isang Ina" in 2011. Youngstars Miguel Tanfelix and Brabie Forteza were the ones Carmina admires most.
“Bata pa ito noon, sabi ko nga noong nagkita kami, ‘Anong nangyari sa ‘yo, ang laki mo na.’ Ang dami na nilang bago, like itong si Miguel, may love team na pala itong si Miguel. Siyempre, ang memory ko pa sa kanya, bagets pa, di ba? So marami pa, gusto ko pa silang makilala lahat.”
Carmina met Barbie in Sanday Pinasaya.
“Mukha namang mabait yung bata. Lumapit sa akin, nagpakilala. It's Carmina's first time to work with director Son Michael Perez and veteran actor Christopher de Leon. Di ba ang weird? Parang ang dami ko nang nagawa pero never pa pala kaming nagkasama. Kaya sabi ko, go.”

Alyas Robin Hood Book II lead by Dingdong Dantes has ended last Friday.
The actor is too happy to announce that they have shown everything they could to make the show even better.
“Yung buong Part 2 is really a bonus. Hindi rin naman namin expected na magkakaroon ng pangalawa. Aside from that, na-extend pa kami ng two weeks. Grabe na yung pasasalamat namin sa network dahil binigyan kami ng chance na maipakita.”
Is there any possibility for Alyas Robinhood Book 3?
“Kung pinanood nila ang ending siguro magkaka-idea sila. Kasi, tulad ng Season 1, pinangako namin sa Season 2 na parehong-pareho, mas maganda at hindi ka rin naman iiba sa ending.”
Dingdong admits he's gonna miss the character and his co-stars.
“Yung samahan, e. Siyempre, higit isang taon ba kayong nagsama. Masaya lahat. Tapos, nadagdagan pa ng mga kuwelang tao. Sina KC Montero, Solenn Heussaff, Jay Manalo.”
Currently, Dingdong will keep himself busy shooting for "Sid & Aya Not A Love Story" under Viva Films opposite Anne Curtis. Dingdong promised his followers that in 2018 he will do another teleserye. However, the actor did not comment if it will be his reunion with wife Marian Rivera.
“Sa serye sa tingin ko hindi kami puwedeng mag-ganun. Dahil na rin kay Zia since ang time namin. Two years old na rin siya so yun.”
Is it true that Marian has asked the permission of GMA network the Super Ma'am will be her last project? Because the couple are aiming to have another Baby Zia?
“Kailangang mangyari muna bago magpaalam. Hindi naman puwedeng magpaalam ng wala, di ba?”
Does he miss directing movies? Agostodos is his production, is it possible that the movie outfit will do movies this coming year?
“Naghahanap lang din ako ng timing. And sa ngayon, siyempre tamang project, di ba? Kailangan passion project talaga yun. Marami rin factor. Siyempre, nagka-family ako. Meron din akong civic work, so may oras at panahon para dun.”
Dingdong notice that his aiming to do films.
“Of course, first love ko yun. Kaya ko nga siya pinag-aralan.”
But if he directs a film, it will surely be a different actor, and definitely not him.
“Hindi ko kaya yun, mahirap yun. Kanya-kanyang skills, e. Pero ako, tingin ko hindi ko kakayanin,” he stressed.
