SM Cinema is mounting life-size spaceships in its malls as a tribute to the upcoming and highly anticipated sequel, “Star Wars: The Last Jedi.”
As SM Cinema brings the eighth installment of “Star Wars” from the big screen to real life, fans can experience these full-scale installations first-hand at their favorite SM mall.
The X-Wing, the Rebel Alliance’s Starfighter designed for long missions and intense battles, will have a life-size installation that is set to open its doors at SM Seaside City Cebu today. It will be there until Jan. 21.
The Tie Silencer will make its way to SM Mall of Asia on Dec. 13 and stay there until Jan. 8.
One may also snap selfies with storm troopers and rebel pilots from the 501st Legion as they make a special appearance at the activity centers of SM Seaside City Cebu tonight at 6 p.m. and at the Mall of Asia on Dec. 13 at 5 p.m.
Enhancing the “Star Wars” experience, the latest episode of the film will be digitally re-mastered in IMAX. (PR)
