Landowners, stakeholders told to submit site development plans

BACOLOD City Planning and Development Office (CPDO) head Mary Jane Ramos said Monday landowners and stakeholders can submit their proposed site development plans until December 15.

Ramos said that on December 1 and 2, a public hearing on the Comprehensive Land Use Plan (Clup) for the period of 2017 to 2026 was conducted.

She said the landowners and stakeholders are required to submit the proposed site development plan if their properties are not covered for residential, industrial, commercial, agricultural, and memorial park purposes.

Ramos added that the landowners and stakeholders should submit the plan with land title, transfer of certificate title, vicinity map, among others.

The CLUP will determine specific uses of land and other physical and natural resources in Bacolod City.

Ramos said the public hearing and consultation board will deliberate the proposed land use plan to determine if it will align with the vision of the City Government.

“This is a 10-year plan and this would be the basis of the proposed amendment of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance No. 216 Series of 1998,” she said.
