MINALIN -- Bank of Florida (BOF), Central Luzon’s banking champion, on Thursday opened its 16th branch in Minalin.
"BOF is all set and ready to serve you right in your own municipality," Teresa David-Carlos, BOF Chairman, said in her speech.
According to her, with all the busy activities of people, they want to help in preserving people's time and energy traveling far just to go to banks.
"We want to spare your valuable time and energy in traveling, commuting, and spending so much time just to go to a bank away from Minalin," she added
David-Carlos further said that BOF wanted to be part of and help communities where their branches operate.
"We wanted to be felt like we are part of the way of how people live," she said.
David-Carlos added that the branch manager, Dave Pangilinan is also a Minaleño. Bank of Florida provides employment to people where every branch is located.
Mayor Edgardo Flores, on the other hand, said that he was glad as he welcomed BOF with open arms in the town, stressing they are a big help to small and medium entrepreneurs in Minalin town.
