IDC announces completion of Primavera City's First Tower

ITALPINAS Development Corporation (IDC) announced the completion of the first tower of Primavera City in a ‘topping off’ ceremony last Tuesday, December 12, at its site along Macapagal Drive, Pueblo de Oro Business Park, Uptown Cagayan de Oro City.

According to Sales Manager, Lynette Rongo, some 90 percent of its residential units have been sold for the first tower of Primavera City.

"As of now, we are currently moving quickly to respond to the increasing sales. We are also making sure that we are on schedule with our target completion", Rongo said.

IDC also announced a price increase for the project which will start on December 2017. Rongo said the consistent property value appreciation every year of Primavera City makes it a worthwhile investment for all unit owners.

Primavera City and Primavera Residences projects have been awarded the Best-Mixed Use Development in the Philippines at the International Property awards.

Primavera City is the latest vertical development and premier project of the company after Primavera Residences.

Primavera City's first phase of the project consists of Towers A & B, which are scheduled to be completed in the year 2018. Towers A & B will be have 281 residential units including studios, one-bedroom and 2-bedroom units with the option for larger configurations to be custom designed upon request.

Primavera City also has nine commercial units, eight restaurant units and 41 office spaces, respectively.

According to the Vice President for Marketing and Brand Management of IDC Clara Elizaga, the best thing about Primavera City is that it showcases the beauty of Uptown Cagayan de Oro.

"The best part of this Primavera City is that it takes advantage of the beauty of Uptown Cagayan de Oro. With Primavera City's amenities located at the top floor, unit owners can both enjoy the luxury of world class amenities, plus the beautiful skyline view ", Elizaga said.

Primavera City is considered as among the few green buildings in the country. It harnesses passive cooling technology using shadow and sunlight control, wind cooling and shape performance, featuring renewable energy that will be produced from semi-transparent photovoltaic panels found on the roof and external east-side walls.
