Jazz up to 2018 at Waterfront Insular Hotel

PLANNING a big night out on New Year’s Eve? Grab your beads and bling to a jazz fete and welcome the New Year with the festive colors of Mardi Gras.

Year 2017 deserves a proper farewell. On the last night of the year, a spectacular party ambience awaits at the Garden Pavilion where guests can enjoy a foolproof countdown party with live music, crowd-pleasing performances, trendy cocktail food and beverages, games and prizes – all for a price of P2,018 nett.

Executive Chef Bien Chavez’s heavy cocktail buffet highlights a variety of appetizers; a carving of Roast Prime Rib and Beef, Ham, and Turkey; a Panini station; good tasting mains; Mardi Gras desserts, a live dessert buffet and more.

The Mainstream Jazz Band, notable for out-of-town engagements, promises an entertaining evening with a mix of jazz and blues, classic and contemporary. Dancing duos and some aerial work are also sure to give you a jazz fever all through the night.

A few moments to midnight, a simultaneous drop of thousands of balloons and beats from homegrown talent DJ Torch Gacuma will commence as guests celebrate the remarkable end of one year and the start of another with family and friends.

The “Beads and Bling, it’s a Mardi Gras thing” New Year’s Eve party will be held from 9 a.m. on December 31, 2017 to 1 a.m. on January 1, 2018. Prior to the party, guests may indulge in a lavish Media Noche at Café Uno from 6 to 10 p.m. and complete the celebration with a thanksgiving mass, 7 p.m. at the hotel’s expansive garden area.
