Game farm owners donate money for parish programs

SEVERAL owners of game farms in Porac town donated P100,000 for the various programs and projects of Saint Catherine of Alexandria Parish.

The donation was facilitated by Vice-Mayor Dexter David and donors Councilor Mich “Manman” Bengco, Rolando “Jhendy” Meneses Jr., Lumes Lumba, Arpie “Racroy” David, Notnot Canlapan and Romy Gamboa.

The donors gave varying amounts to raise P100,000.

The funds were formally presented to Parish Priest Bogs Moraleja.

David said that the donation aimed to raise support for the local parish and its programs and also to promote a sense of community responsibility among game farm owners.

The vice-mayor said that the game farm owners wanted to help the parish through the said funding that could be used to fund projects and social programs. The vice-mayor also urged other businessmen and companies in the town to donate not just to local parishes but also to non-government groups that host social work in the town.
