THE TV personality and host Tim Yap married his events director partner Javi Martinez Pardo at The Peninsula, New York City, on Christmas Day, December 25.
On the first day of January, Tim posted a photo of two men holding hands on his Instagram account with a caption "MARRIED."
Yap and Pardo got married in a private ceremony with only two witnesses, one of whom is singer-actress Lea Salonga.
In Salonga's Instagram post, she said "Finally, I was given permission to post this!!! I was asked by Tim and Javi to be a witness at their wedding which would take place Christmas Day 2017, and I said yes. I don’t think I’ve ever seen Tim this happy. Congratulations to you both!!!"
According to Pardo, they planned the special moment together, and are having so much fun and creating new memories.
