Viray: Mr. Placement

MEET Mr. Placement. He is a native of Dumaguete, it can be said that Mr. Donny Sayre is a Fernandino. Having lived in the City of San Fernando for many decades and having built a family and a name for himself, he is more Pampangueño than most Pampangueños.

All of the effort and work that Donnie has done reflects his genuine love for the City of San Fernando.

His current work as Peso manager of the city involves enabling and empowering people through employment. It is in perfect alignment with his role as educator in his younger years, empowering young minds through education. He earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of the Assumption and his Masters at Philippine Normal University and University of the Assumption. After being an educator for so many years, he shifted to finding employment for Fernandinos.

He has been Peso San Fernando's manager for roughly a decade now. His greatest success as a civil servant came when he was awarded the Pagasa Civil Service Award by no less than by President of the Philippines.

His intensity and commitment to deliver top class service to Fernandinos continues to be the force that propels PESO San Fernando to the top.

The City Employment Service Division (CESD), also known as Public Employment Service Office of the City of San Fernando, Pampanga (Peso San Fernando), is one of the best performing local government units in the country.
