“Ready to be myself” is Team DRIVE’s theme for the M.A.N.G.O.S (Motivating Awareness Necessary to Generate Opportunities for Success) workshop for the 23rd batch.
Motivational Coach and Resource Speaker Gadge Gunn said Team D.R.I.V.E’s M.A.N.G.O.S workshop will let every participant to be real as they live the life they deserve and be the best version of themselves.
The two-day life changing training for personal and professional life will help participants create a positive, mindful and heartful way of living.
Done on a monthly basis for the public, M.A.N.G.O.S workshop is also seen as a very good stress reliever.
In their Facebook page, Team D.R.I.V.E say that stress is a silent killer, keeping all your negative thoughts and feelings boxed up, all the sad and painful memories stored in the deepest of our core, causing us to slowly rot and waste away.
Furthermore it says that we carry our emotional garbage in an invisible back pack making us unable to soar to the greatest heights and becoming the greatest version of ourselves. But it is not yet too late. And your greatest resource is yourself.
Batch 23rd workshop’s theme is inspired by singer song writer David Dunn’s song entitled “Ready to be myself. ” The lyrics… Who am I gonna be… When no body's watching me…I want to be real…What am I gonna do…To live what I know is true…I let go…Oh I've been someone else..God I'm ready to be myself… will let every participant realized the importance of being part of the activity and the essence of being true to yourself.
The workshop is set on January 23 & 24, Tuesday and Wednesday at North Haven Spa along Avelino St., Ferguson Rd. Baguio City. For registration and details visit the venue.
