TWO improvised explosive devices exploded on Friday morning, January 19, in Datu Odin Sinsuat in Maguindanao, a military official said.
Captain Arvin Encinas, spokesperson of the 6th Infantry Division (ID), said the first explosion occurred around 6:35 a.m. along the highway of the said town while the second explosion happened 10 minutes later about 15 meters away.
He said a part of the 6th ID training school was damaged due to the explosion. No one was reported injured.
Encinas said they have yet to identify the suspects responsible for the explosion and determine the motive. (Third Anne Peralta-Malonzo/SunStar Philippines)
