A 23-YEAR-OLD man died while three others were injured on Monday dawn, January 29, in a vehicular accident on the national highway in Sitio Santa Fe, Barangay Poblacion, Toledo City, Cebu.
Senior Police Officer 3 Jemelon Cotmaya identified the fatality as Devon James Pancho, who succumbed to injuries in the head and other parts of his body.
He was rushed to Toledo City District Hospital with the injured, but Pancho did not make it alive.
The injured---Jestoni Cañizares, 23; Junell Cordova, 23; and Purification Dominggo, 22---were brought to a hospital in Cebu City.
Investigation showed Pancho was driving his motorcycle with Cañizares as his passenger when they hit another motorcycle driven by Cordova, whose passenger was Dominggo.
They were thrown onto the road after the collision.
Cotmaya said Pancho and Cañizares came drinking from a restobar before the accident happened past 2 a.m. (KAL/SunStar Cebu)
