Goats for farmers

ANOTHER group of farmers in the hinterlands of San Fernando, Cebu started raising goats for livelihood through dispersal of offspring, made possible with the support of Taiheiyo Cement Philippines Inc.

Initially six of the 39 card-bearing members of Hunat Farmers Association who are residents of Tibudban have each acquired a doe of the Anglo-Bower breed during turnover recently.

They are led by their president Angelina Rita, with vice president Ruthgilda Saura, auditor Elizabeth Remonida, and members Josephine Patambag, Erlinda Presores and Guilerma Sasil.
