AFTER forming the worldwide writing contest De Francia Awards for Literature (DEAL), inspiring Filipinos in the country and all over the world to write Pinoy based short stories, two-time Carlos Palanca Memorial Award awardee in literary Dr. Clarito Garcia De Francia is venturing into the world of music.
De Francia, a prominent, poet, story teller, and former Baguio professor now based in Santa Maria, California is apt of discovering this time Filipino talents who can be the next recording artists for his own compositions and recording studio to produce his own music arrangements.
His two songs entitled “Home Sweet Home” and “Live and Share Christ to the World” talk about the culture of Filipinos on how they love and care for their family and strong faith with the Almighty.

Back in 2016 De Francia was given recognition by President Barack Obama for his own composition dubbed “Loyalty for Country and Humanity.”
De Fancia was also recognized thrice by Baguio City Council for his works that talk about the character of Cordillera such as the “Bodong: Tulbek iti Kappia,” “No Tallikudan Dagiti Tugot,” and “Mik-eng.”
He was also a recipient of Baguio City Outstanding Citizen Award in year 2005.
