2 minors caught vandalizing cars

(UPDATED) -- Two minors, aged 14 and 15, were taken into custody by village watchmen after they were caught spraying paint on nine cars in Barangay Labangon, Cebu City on Saturday dawn, February 10.

According to Punta Prinsesa Police Station Chief, Senior Inspector Ian Macatangay, the minors will be turned over to the Social Welfare and Development. A third minor was able to escape.

The police are looking into the possibility that the third minor is a member of a fraternity.
