APEC. China does not want the West Philippine Sea (South China Sea) issue to be discussed during the Apec Leaders Summit next week, its foreign minister said on Tuesday.

MALL. The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Central Visayas has raised concerns regarding the development of SM Prime Holdings Inc. at the South Road Properties (SRP).

BABY. A one-year-old girl died in a public hospital last Sunday, allegedly because her mother lacked P500 to buy her medicine and a doctor refused to help them.
