VIVA South invites the public to join the first online Visayan song-writing competition in the country called “Kanta Kasingkasing.”
The contest aims to find the best Bisaya love song of any genre.
Five songs will be chosen as contenders. Each song will have a budget of P5,000 from Viva South in order to fully produce the song. This entails professional interpretation and production, along with marketing and promotion across Viva’s various platforms.
A grand winner will be chosen from the top five and will receive P50,000. A People’s Choice award will also be handed out along with P30,000.
Being the first of its kind, “Kanta Kasingkasing” aims to elevate the music quality of Bisaya songs.
