Speechcom celebrates Ruby; 42 years

SPEECHCOM International, a family foundation, started in 1976; a learning center which offered tutorial and seminars in basic English for grade school, high school, college and professional levels.

Speechcom crafted English courses for business and civic groups, trained public and private school teachers in the late ‘90s, had in-plant learning workshops, tour guiding seminars through the Department of Tourism 7, organized its performing academy; trained talents in stagecraft and participated in international cultural festivals with the University of San Jose-Recoletos Dramatics and Cultural Ensemble.

Speechcom is community-centered which offered scholarships, extended summer jobs to students and managed the WeCare and Amparito L. Lhuillier Educational Foundation scholarships.

Speechcom has  sustained its annual summer English workshops; in-plant tutorial and small group sessions in speech and public speaking, personality development and social and business usage; theater arts; grammar and composition; and related management courses: IELTS AND TOEFL reviews. Speechcom is Technical Education and Skills Development Authority-accredited in English as a Second Language.

The Speechcom workshops in reading and speaking skills, grammar and composition; rhetorics (declamation / oration); public speaking and theater arts will be on April 16 to 27 with make-up classes for late enrollees. If needed, Batch 2 will be on May 7 to 18. Lessons are adopted to graders, junior and senior high, college and professionals.
