THE P130 billion project of Mandani Bay is underway and in fact, its first tower is ready for turnover by the first quarter of 2020. However, there’s really no need to wait for two years to have the Mandani experience because the widest development in town is ready to give it to their guests now.

Launching its newest interim events facility The Tent, Mandani Bay promises its guests a better look at the project area and an experience they will never forget. The Tent is the newest events place right at the center of the city. It’s wider than anyone can imagine. Measuring over 1,230 square meters and nine meters high, The Tent can seat around 800 to 1,200 guests and this still includes a decent dancing area.

“One of The Tent’s main purposes is to activate Mandani Bay. We want everyone to experience Mandani Bay not in 2020 but now since The Tent is here. We also wanted to respond to the yearning of the market to have an events area right at the center of the metropolis. We wanted to leverage on our central location, thus we came up with the events tent,” said Leorelei Ylaya, Mandani Bay marketing head.

Outside The Tent is a vast field of grass available as an extension of The Tent, which can be utilized for receiving guests for cocktails before the main event. The Tent has already hosted several events like weddings, concerts, Christmas parties etc. The Tent is open for bookings and reservations for events like birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events and the like.

The Tent is not only for huge crowd gatherings. It may also be divided to serve a smaller crowd. There are rates for half and full rentals, and the rent is good for five hours of use and includes around 800 tables and chairs.

The Tent is only temporary and will be removed when the project is completed. Mandani Bay will be a 620-hectare property with 21 towers with 25 to 50 floors each. Each tower will be 90 to 100 meters apart from each other and positioned in a boomerang shape to reflect the wind which results in zero blockage of open spaces.

Mandani Bay is also located right beside the Mactan Channel which will allow future unit owners to dock their yachts near their respective doorsteps. Towers 1 and 2 of Mandani Bay are already sold out and Tower 3 is already 80 percent sold.
