Uratex launches Project 50, donates mattresses to CCMC

THE Cebu City Medical Center (CCMC) recently received 50 mattresses from quality foam provider and industry leader Uratex.

The donation was part of the Project 50, a corporate social responsibility initiative of Uratex, in celebration of the company’s 50th anniversary.

The program is the Uratex’s way of giving back to the public for its loyalty and support for 50 years.

Project 50 aims to provide 50 mattresses to a total of 50 nursing homes and hospitals across the country. The brand, which has proven its foothold in the industry is dedicating its 50th anniversary by giving a helping hand to people and organizations who need their help the most.

The CCMC was among the project recipients that received quality foams for its patients.

Mattress replacement is a common concern among hospitals because old, dilapidated foams can cause a patient’s discomfort and get in the way of proper recovery.

Through the years, Uratex has expanded its products from foam production to other services like textile and plastic production, automotive, and metal fabrication.
