Familiar with the new

THERE in the center of Cebu Business Park lies a property in the midst of a makeover. Offering 301 guest rooms with the promise of world-class amenities and Filipino hospitality is Seda Ayala Center Cebu set to open in the third quarter of this year.

Last April 4, members of the Cebu media were invited to an intimate gathering at The Pig & Palm where they were shown all the things in store once it opens. Present were the Seda team from different parts of the country as well as Seda senior group general manager Andrea Mastellone, who shared that once people get to experience that signature Seda hospitality, they will surely enjoy and continue to be its guests.

This will be the ninth property of the wholly Filipino-owned brand with others set in different parts of the country like Quezon City, Cagayan de Oro, Bacolod and a resort hotel to open in Palawan middle of this year, to name a few.

Design-wise, the hotel evokes a timeless look with guests surrounded by warm earth tones with modern finishes. Some of the property’s strong features including the lobby’s high ceiling for instance will be retained mixing the familiar and newness.

Much like all Seda hotels, it will also feature Filipino artists starting with industrialist-photographer Jaime Zobel de Ayala and sculptress Ann Pamintuan.
