DTI holds coaching program

THE Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) has called on the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and aspiring entrepreneurs in Pagadian City and in nearby areas to take advantage of DTI’s Coaching Program at Negosyo Center.

Atay said the program is being implemented in partnership with experienced and successful local entrepreneurs who volunteered to provide free coaching to interested MSMEs.

The free coaching serves as part of the successful entrepreneurs corporate social responsibility.

The schedule of the program are as follows: human resource management, 9 to 11 a.m. every first Tuesday of the month; financial management, 9 to 11 a.m. every second Tuesday of the month; supply and value chain, 9 to 11 a.m. every third Tuesday of the month; and, operations management, 9 to 11 a.m. every fourth Tuesday of the month.

Atay said those interested to avail of the coaching at Negosyo Center Program can coordinate with her office to register.

The DTI has opened Negosyo Centers in the different parts of the country to promote “ease of doing business and facilitating access to services for MSMEs within its jurisdiction.”

The DTI regional office has already established a total of 42 Negosyo Centers here in Region 9. (Bong Garcia/SunStar Philippines)
