WHAT’S it like to live in a city that never sleeps?

Pretty soon, you’ll get that feel, when a glamorous, 1.18 hectare landmark structure rises along bustling Cebu IT Park, a New York-inspired masterpiece called 38 Park Avenue!

This proudly Cebuano-led project of world-class standards features a mixed-use, urban park concept that focuses on a high-rise residential condo, office tower and retail boulevard. A highlight is a green park experience called The Plaza, as in Central Park.

Serenading guests was the popular Seamstress-Songstress Cebuana Kate Torralba, with her piano collection of jazz and blues including her own compositions. Her finale was of course... “New York, New York” by Frank Sinatra!

38 Park Avenue, which towers above all else in the area, is angled and designed to project Cebu’s panoramic views. It is a joint venture of El Camino Developers Cebu Inc., a five-company consortium made up of RKD Property Holdings Inc., Acrissor Development Corp., Gothong Southern Properties, 12SIKA Holdings Inc., together with Cebu Landmasters Inc. as the lead developer.

Whew, Wake up, investors, we’re in New York!
