It is a joint venture of El Camino Developers Cebu Inc., a five-company consortium made up of RKD Property Holdings Inc., Acrissor Development Corp., Gothong Southern Properties, 12SIKA Holdings Inc., together with Cebu Landmasters Inc. as the lead developer.
