ONE of the most wanted persons in Zamboanga del Norte has been arrested by authorities, a police official said Tuesday.
Zamboanga City police spokesman Joel Tuttuh identified the arrested as 38-year-old Junie Escuadro, who is the eighth most wanted person in Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte.
Tuttuh said Escuadro was arrested at 5:55 a.m. on Monday in his residence, Tumitus village.
Escuadro has a standing warrant of arrest for murder issued by a court in Sindangan town, Tuttuh added.
