IT HAS always been a nice feeling to sit down and muddle through the memories of 2015, both the good and the bad.
This is best done in the morning when you have a cup of coffee by your side, allowing its aroma to tickle your senses while taking in the sun's warmth as it kisses your skin. This will bring you to another realm where there is only you and peace.
Now, you look back at what 2015 has been. Some would say it's smooth-sailing while others would claim that life throws lemons at them.
First, call to mind the difficulties. You take the first sip as the first life's blow comes into mind. That hurts but you laugh at it now because you know you have emerged victorious in the end.
Then, you open your journal, grab your pen, and write what you are most thankful for after having experienced those hurts. You let go and choose to enjoy the life's zest anew.
It is cathartic as always to write down the life's highs and lows. You celebrate life when you are feeling good and in the same way that you surrender to yourself when everything seems to be falling apart. When life happens, you simply let go.
