Online Cookbooks for Holiday meals

IT'S December already and most of you are already thinking what to give to your loved ones, manitos, or manitas while some of you are still in the process of thinking what to cook for Noceh Buena.

Media Noche, or the upcoming family reunion. Let me make your job easier as to what to cook with these amazing online food blogs and websites:

Love & Olive Oil (loveandoliveoil.com)

Created by couple, Lindsay Landis and Taylor Hackbarth, this site offers a wide variety of meals ranging from appetizers to desserts, savory to sweet, and the list goes on. Choose from more than a hundred recipes that are easy to make and are instructed clearly. The photos are also very mouth-watering.

Some of the recipes that caught my attention include Taylor’s Bacon Fried Rice, Shakshouka (Poached Eggs in Spicy Tomato Sauce), White Chocolate Bread, and Sweet Potato Cakes with Mango-Pineapple Chutney.

Averie Cooks (averiecooks.com)

Averie Sunshine posts new recipes on her blog every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. She describes her recipes as fast and easy meals that are ready in less than 30 minutes, uses common ingredients, and tastes amazing. She has a 30-Minute Meals Category that most of you workaholics will love to make. Some of the recipes I would love to try are the Parmesan and Herb Roasted Potato, Soft and Chewy Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies, and Chicken Teryaki and Vegetable Bowtie Pasta.

Life, Love & Sugar (lifeloveandsugar.com)

I love sweets, who doesn’t? Blogger Lindsay Conchar shares with us different sweet recipes that you will surely enjoy. Here you can find recipes on cakes, pies, cookies, ice cream, among others. She also has No-Bake recipes for those of you who do not have a baking oven.

You can also find inspiration from her food blog as she posts Bible scriptures for the day. Some of the recipes that got me drooling and my tummy rumbling are the Triple Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake, Caramel Turtle Pie, White Chocolate Butterscotch Tart, and the Reese’s Chocolate Peanut Butter Tart.
