Traffic plans for IEC 2016

SOME roads in the cities of Cebu, Lapu-Lapu and Mandaue will be closed to traffic starting next week, as the International Eucharistic Congress (IEC) opened Sunday.

If you are planning a trip to certain areas of Cebu City, Mandaue and Lapu-Lapu on January 24 to 29, "map out your trips" to minimize inconvenience, said traffic managers.

Below are the traffic plans that you may also download on your computers or mobile phones.
