GENTEEL ladies Tina Ebrada, Rosebud Sala, Carmen Campbell and Annie Aboitiz were the superstars during the joint birthday lunch they hosted at Cebu Country Club. These inspiring achievers were celebrating eight decades of a happy and fulfilled life that has included business, civic and charitable endeavors.

Tina is the founder of the famed Golden Cowrie restaurant which is an all-time favorite for Cebuanos and visitors alike; Rosebud is the lady with the magic touch when it comes to interior decoration—be they houses, churches, party venues, offices etc.; Carmen has her Carmen's Linens in Ayala Center Cebu—a treasure trove of finely embroidered items and more; and Annie is the queen of real estate in Cebu with Maria Luisa Park as her crown jewel. Yes, a celebration was in order for these accomplished and ageless ladies.

For this year's birthday celebration, travel mover Sheila Colmenares opted for a sunset cruise along the Mactan Channel with an intimate group composed of family, travel buddies and her clique of Ungo runners. White was the color prescribed for the leisurely two-hour cruise along the Mactan Channel onboard Bucket Shrimp Cruises. It was a beautiful sight with white-clad guests roaming around the spacious Katamaran. Rolling out the red carpet for the guests were Sheila's devoted hubby Caloy and his nephew Chad Regner who is the man behind BucketShrimp Cruises. Oh yes, it was a beautiful experience with food and drinks galore for that very special day.
