Healthy rice

RICE eaters will have to worry less, as organic rice made more healthier in three variants packed with distinct health benefits are now available in the market.

Available as flagship project of Bios Dynamis, are organic rice in three varieties: black, brown and red rice which has distinct individual health benefits.

“The three colored organic rice are all whole-grain and unpolished, where the highly nutritious and beneficial layer of bran is retained through single-pass milling process,” Bios Dynamis General Manager Romano S. Laurilla said, adding that they constantly monitor the internal and external system and quality control regimen to ensure a 100 percent chemical-free product that conforms with the highest organic certification standards.

The black rice hailed as a superfood, contains an antioxidant called anthocyanin, known to help support the immune system and promote a healthy cell growth.

The red rice, popular for those who want to lose weight contains a high amount of Magnesium and Calcium that helps support healthy respiratory system, maintain healthy blood pressure level and maintain bone health.

The Omega-3 fatty acids found in the bran also help keep cholesterol levels in check.

While for the brown rice, it is perfect for maintaining healthy digestion as it is rich in Selenium. Moreover it’s also packed full with dietary fibers that helps maintain proper bowel movement, healthy blood pressure and blood sugar levels. It is also known to contain anti-inflammatory compounds that may be beneficial to the respiratory system.

Aside from organic rice, Bios Dynamis also offers honey, tea granules, jam and juices, and natural beauty products, among others.
