OPERATIVES of the Police Regional Office in Cordillera recently locked up a member of the dreaded Acetylene Gang including three other wanted individuals in separate police operations held in Pangasinan, Benguet, La Union, and Baguio City.
Edwin Bandiwan Lagaban, 32, separated, resident of AD 277 Central Buyagan, La Trinidad, Benguet was arrested in Lloren, Tubao, La Union by joint personnel of the PNP on February 8, 2016 by virtue of a warrant of arrest for Theft with a recommended bail bond of P40, 000.
Also captured was Gina Osting Bagsao, 37, married, resident of Brgy. Puguis, La Trinidad who was arrested in Sitio Salapac, Poblacion, Aringay, La Union by virtue of a warrant issued by Judge Edilberto Claravall of RTC, Br. 60 for Estafa with recommended bail of P300,000.
Albert Wesley Sayap, 51, separated, private miner, and a resident of No. 23 Iinterior C- Balacbac, Sto. Tomas Proper, Baguio City was also arrested for Estafa with a recommended bail bond of P20,000 while Elgen Fabio Sasuta Alegado, 32, married, native of Carcar, Cebu was arrested in his residence in Cacapian, San Juan, La Union for theft with recommended bail bond of Php10,000.
Rocky Balitang Baucas, 29, single, Taxi driver, a native of Cervantes, Ilocos Sur, presently residing in Bayabas, La Trinidad, Benguet was arrested in Dagohoy Street, Baguio City for two counts of rape with no bail bond recommended.
Elmer San Jose, of legal age, unemployed was arrested in San Vicente East, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan for qualified theft with recommended bail bond of P100,000 and nine counts of Falsification of Commercial Documents with recommended bail bond of Php15,000.
Also collared was Nelson Gadiana Cara, 57, widow, employee of Department of Health, resident of Lourdes Extension, Baguio City for swindling.
PRO-COR regional director Ullysses Abellera meanwhile commended the personnel in arresting these high profile individuals.
The arrest of these high-valued targets is in line with the Oplan Lambat Sibat and the current operational thrust against all wanted persons in the region. (PRO Cordillera PIO)
