The warrant was issued by Judge Toribio Quiwag of Regional Trial Court Branch 27 of Lapu-Lapu City Hall of Justice last March 31.
Noserale said they had monitored the illegal numbers game for about two weeks.
Police found the suspects inside the houses rented by Kim at Block 23, Lot 4, Pine St. and Block 15, Lot 3, Champaca St. in Barangay Marigondon.
Kim was arrested.
