Narra Park launched in exhibit

THE entry of the homegrown premier property developer, Alsons Development and Investment Corporation (Alsons Dev) to the mid-cost market segment is seen to change the landscape of Davao's real estate industry.

The expansion of the real estate firm’s offering through its newest brand the Nurtura Land & Home is said to bring exceptional communities to an even wider segment of Filipino families.

“We would like to believe that our entry into this segment is a game changer for Davao’s real estate market. With this new product we bring the same competence and expertise that have made the Alsons, as a developer synonymous with quality and value that cater to the demands and aspirations of the expanding Filipino middle class family,” Tomas I. Alcantara, chairperson of the Alcantara Group, said Thursday during the grand exhibit launch at Gaisano Mall of Davao of the Nurtura Land & Home’s maiden project, the Narra Park Residences.

Narra Park Residences, a soon-to-rise residential development project by 2020 in Barangay Tigatto, Buhangin, Davao City is 29-hectare property planned to be a community of expertly-constructed, high-quality homes inspired by modern Asia design. The project has two house designs, the Bungalow and two-storey model.

“Since we start selling the lots and units starting last November, Davao market’s feedback is overwhelming,” Jolla Soriaga, assistant general manager of Alson’s Dev Business Units Group, told Sun. Star Davao in an interview.

Soriaga bared that just over four months after the property was introduced to the market, as of Thursday, April 14, a total of 150 lots were already sold, out of the initial 300 units being offered in the initial stage of the project’s selling period. The phase one of two-phased Narra Residences project has a total of 1,500 units.

Being having a two 1.4-hectare parks, swimming pool and Cabana, playgrounds, wide roads, the project is eyed to set a new standard for the growing, more discerning and more sophisticated mid-cost market segment.

Alsons Dev Executive Vice President Rosie A. Dominguez said that the new brand has the same trusted quality, innovative design, expert construction, and long-term value, Alson Dev is known for.

“Nurtura Land and Home is infused with the same values and principles as its parent company, Alsons Dev and its sister brand the Alson’s Properties. Our vision for Nurtura Land and Home is to be the best-in-class developer for the mid-cost market,” she said.

Executives of the Alson’s Group emphasized that the expansion of the company into this new market segment in real estate is another affirmation of our steadfast commitment to the development of Mindanao.
