He said Jessirie had been using illegal drugs.
Last Sunday, Carpio Bentulan, 78, the victim’s neighbor, said there was a foul smell from the victim’s house, so he told Reynaldo about it.
Reynaldo rushed to the victim’s house and found her lying on the floor lifeless.
Reynaldo and Jessirie have two children, a girl, 17, and a boy, 12.
Pinos said some drug paraphernalia were found inside Jessirie’s room.
