Residential options at Narra Park

CONTINUING its initiative to provide quality residential options for Filipino families, the Alsons Development and Investment Corp. (AlsonsDev), a homegrown real estate developer, has entered the mid-cost market segment through launching its newest brand -- the Nurtura Land & Home.

This move by the premier property developer is seen to change the landscape of Davao's real estate industry.

Nurtura, with its maiden project, the Narra Park Residences, a residential development project which is expected to be completed by 2020 in Barangay Tigatto, Buhangin, Davao City is said to bring exceptional communities to an even wider segment of Filipino families.

The horizontal project is located in a 29-hectare property planned to be a community of expertly-constructed, high-quality homes inspired by modern Asia design. The project has two house designs, the bungalow and two-storey models.

AlsonsDev executive vice president Rosie A. Dominguez said the new brand has the same trusted quality, innovative design, expert construction, and long-term value, AlsonDev is known for.

“Nurtura Land and Home is infused with the same values and principles as its parent company, AlsonsDev and its sister brand the Alson’s Properties. Our vision for Nurtura Land and Home is to be the best-in-class developer for the mid-cost market,” she said.

Executives of the Alson’s Group emphasized that the expansion of the company into this new market segment in real estate is another affirmation of our steadfast commitment to the development of Mindanao.

“This is a significant step in the corporate growth of Alsons Dev. Through the introduction of this new brand, we are diversifying our corporate offering. Nurtura Land & Home will be a continuing reflection of AlsonsDev’s lasting commitment to quality, design and sustainability. We are looking forward to providing best-in-class homes and communities that are within reach of the modern Filipino family,” Eric de la Costa, vice president and general manager of AlsonsDev, said.

Jolla Soriaga, assistant general manager of Alson’sDev Business Units Group, told Sun. Star Davao in an interview that just over four months after the property was introduced to the market, as of Thursday, April 14, a total of 150 lots were already sold, out of the initial 300 units being offered in the initial stage of the project’s selling period. The phase one of two-phased Narra Residences project has a total of 1,500 units.

They start selling the lots and units starting last November 2015.

Construction has commenced, and the expected completion date for Phase 1 is in October 2018.
