THREE of the country's biggest festivals that honor the Santo Niño converged in Cebu City on Thursday, April 28, to celebrate the 450th anniversary of the finding or "kaplag" of the image of the Child Jesus.
The delegations each showed their individual performances in a street dance along Osmeña Boulevard from Fuente Osmeña Circle to Basilica Minore del Santo Niño de Cebu.
